A case study on training a custom LoRA model for Stable Diffusion XL to maintain a consistent art style and character identity for my personal IP, "Heirs of the Collapse." This project bridges the gap between creative vision and AI-assisted production.
The process involved:
Dataset Creation: I created a proprietary dataset of over 120 original drawings for each main character in various situations.
Meticulous Tagging: Each image was associated with detailed descriptive tags to ensure the model understood the context.
Model Training: I fine-tuned the training settings and hyperparameters to achieve the desired stylistic output.
Inference & Output: The final model is capable of generating new illustrations that are true to the original design.
Impact:
Achieved over 95% style and character consistency across AI-assisted content, creating a viable pipeline for scaling up content production for a large-scale narrative project.
